Sacramento River Cats News Release
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats-who are continuing their long-standing policy of partnering with local and community-minded organizations-have rolled out several new partners for the 2013 season, including Western Health Advantage, Shell, Tully-Wihr, and Wingstop.
The River Cats corporate partnerships are individually structured to give partners maximum value both inside and outside of Raley Field. This season marks the debut of several new partner-inspired promotions and areas of the ballpark, including the Western Health Advantage Information Center, Shell Express Line (in-seat food ordering app), Jiffy Lube's Free Parking Wednesdays, Toyota Home Run Hill (berm seating area) and Lexus of Roseville's Grand Slam Saturdays Sweepstakes, where fans have a chance to win a two-year lease on a Lexus if a River Cats player hits a grand slam in the eighth inning of a Saturday home game.
In addition, Sutter Health has returned for the popular Sutter Health Fireworks Saturdays, while Toyota Family Value Days have moved to Tuesdays this season, featuring $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts. Cache Creek Casino Resort presents Throwback Mondays in 2013, where the team will wear Sacramento Solons uniforms, organ music will resonate throughout the ballpark, and peanuts and popcorn will be sold for just 50 cents each. Finally, U.S. Bank Sunday Funday and Miller Lite Thirsty Thursdays also return in 2013.
Other new partners include Wingstop-which is the title sponsor of Raley Field's seventh annual Brewfest on Friday, June 7-Foster Farms Dairy, Super Ropes, the Wicked 'Wich, Bloodsource, Bug Zappers, K-Love, and Tully-Wihr, the official printing partner of the River Cats.
The River Cats also will continue their relationship with the following founding partners from the inaugural 2000 season: Raley's and Bel Air, Miller Lite, Heineken, Tecate, Coca-Cola and U.S. Bank.
