West Sacramento, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats topped the Tacoma Rainiers, 11-1, on Saturday night at Raley Field. The Cats pounded the Rainiers with runs in 8 of 9 innings with 14 total hits on the night for their fourth-most lopsided victory of the season. Outfielder Jason Perry led the Sacramento offense, going 4-for-5 with 2 runs, 3 RBI and a triple. Every River Cats starting position player had at least one hit and scored at least one run. Right-handed Sacramento starter Ben Fritz earned his first win of the season in his second start with the Cats, giving up 6 hits, 1 run (earned), 3 walks and striking out 3 in 5 innings of work.
