Carolina Mudcats News Release
Zebulon, NC--The Cincinnati Reds have made a series of player moves impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's game against the Jackson Generals.
RHP David Johnson has been sent to Triple-A Louisville. Johnson did not make an appearance for the Mudcats this season. Taking his spot on the roster is RHP Clayton Shunick up from Bakersfield. Shunick had one previous stint with the Mudcats, appearing in 4 games for the team before being sent to Bakersfield.
The Mudcats' roster remains at the Southern League limit of 24 players.
