From the Notes
RBI Guys: O'Brien and Romak both have 93 RBI, tied for second-most in the PCL, trailing only Fresno's Matt Duffy who has 99. Nick Evans ranks right behind O'Brien and Romak as well with 84 RBI. O'Brien and Romak currently are tied for second in Aces single-season history for RBI, trailing only Mike Jacobs' total of 97 from last year.
Walk This Way: One key to Reno's four-game set with Memphis will be the amount of walks both drawn and given. The Aces' pitching staff has walked a league-worst 499 batters, while Memphis' has walked the fewest at just 325. Offensively, Memphis has drawn 550 walks, good for second-most in the PCL (Fresno, 554). The Aces have walked 412 times, sixth-most in the league.
First-Rounders: Both scheduled starters -- Reno's Aaron Blair and Memphis' Marco Gonzales -- were selected in the first round of the 2013 MLB June Amateur Draft. Gonzales was selected 19th overall out of the Gonzaga University while Blair was a compensation pick, taken 37th overall out of Marshall University.
