
Rem Pitlick Named to All-USHL First Team

CHICAGO, ILL - The United States Hockey League announced today that forward Rem Pitlick of the Muskegon Lumberjacks has been named to the All-USHL First Team. This marks the second straight season where a player represented the Muskegon Lumberjacks on the USHL First Team, after goaltender Eric Schierhorn received the honor last season. Pitlick adds the All-USHL First Team honor to go along with being named the Player and Forward of the Year this past Monday.
The All-USHL First Team is below:
Forward - Rem Pitlick (Muskegon Lumberjacks)
Forward - Ross Colton (Cedar Rapids RoughRiders)
Forward - Cameron Morrison (Youngstown Phantoms)
Defense - Jack Ahcan (Cedar Rapids RoughRiders)
Defense - Jeremy Davies (Bloomington Thunder)
Goaltender - Adam Huska (Green Bay Gamblers)
Pitlick finished the season as the USHL's leading scorer with 46 goals and 43 assists in 56 games. He set the Muskegon Lumberjacks single season goal scoring record surpassing Matheson Iacopelli, as well as setting the Lumberjacks single season scoring record, surpassing Griffin Molino.
Earlier this week, Pitlick was named the Player of the Year and Forward of the Year, becoming the 22nd player in USHL history to win both awards.
Following his junior hockey career, Pitlick is committed to the University of Minnesota, and is also in his second year of eligibility for the NHL Entry Draft. He is rated as the 93rd overall North American Skater by NHL Central Scouting.
Former Lumberjacks defenseman Trevor Hamilton was named to the All-USHL second team following his strong season with Muskegon, Chicago, and Lincoln.
