Reign's 2013-14 Season to Start this Saturday

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, back-to-back Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and Winnipeg Jets, are excited to announce the 2013-14 season, presented by Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. The Reign's home opener will be on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. against the Bakersfield Condors.
Everyone in attendance will receive an Ontario Reign magnet schedule, sponsored by Ignite Advertising. Also, the first 3,000 fans will receive a mini-cupcake, compliments of Suite 106 Cupcakery, to celebrate the Citizens Business Bank Arena's five year anniversary. Suite 106 Cupcakery is now available for sale at the concession stands in the arena.
Be sure to stop by the merchandise booth to get your replica Military Appreciation Night jersey. There are a limited number of these jerseys produced and they will only be available during the first two home games, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Stater Bros. Charities. These replica jerseys will debut what the Reign players will wear on October 27, Military Appreciation Night, these game worn jerseys will be auctioned off to benefit Stater Bros. Charities.
The American Red Cross Inland Empire Chapter held their second jersey design contest for their 2014 jersey night. The top designs were chosen by a contest committee, with the winning design chosen from an online vote. The winning jersey design will be revealed on Opening Night as well.
Last season the Reign won the Pacific Division title finishing their best season ever with a club record of 99 points (46-19-3-4). The 2012-13 Championship banner will be unveiled during a pre-game ceremony at the home opener. This is the team's third Division title in just five seasons, second straight under head coach Jason Christie .
