BOISE, Idaho - The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings, fell to the Idaho Steelheads 3-2 at Qwest Arena Saturday night in front of a sold out crowd of 5,322.

The Steelheads built a 3-0 lead on goals by Aki Seitsonen, Kael Mouillierat and Mark Derlago before the Reign rallied late in the third period.

Kyle Kraemer streaked down the left-wing boards and backhanded the puck over the shoulder of Adrien Lemay to cut the Idaho lead to 3-1 at 12:22. Alex Bourret and Jason Fredricks assisted on the play. Jordan Morrison's power-play goal got Ontario within one at 14:44. Passes from Kraemer and Shawn Germain found Morrison all alone in the right circle and he beat Lemay on the glove side with a crisp wrist shot. However, that was as close as the Reign would get, as the Steelheads held on to win it, 3-2.

Beau Erickson turned aside 26 shots in the loss, while Lemay earned the win with 23 saves.
