Jackals Sign Siers

Elmira Jackals News Release
The Elmira Jackals announced on Saturday that they have signed forward Billy Siers to a standard player contract. The Jackals host the Kalamazoo Wings at First Arena tonight at 7:35 p.m.
Siers, a rookie out of Lawrence University (NCAA, D-III), has one point in two assists in three games for the Jackals this season. He had initially been signed by Elmira on Feb. 25 before being placed on waivers on Mar. 20.
Siers posted 25 points (9g-16a) in 24 games earlier this season with the AAHL's Battle Creek Revolution. The Mount Prospect, Ill. native's 77 penalty minutes were the fourth most on the club.
