OKLAHOMA CITY-The Oklahoma City RedHawks will select the grand prize winner of RedHawks Stakes at the end of the third inning of tonight's game against the Memphis Redbirds.
The four finalists are Carson Capps of Oklahoma City, Wendy Valdez of Oklahoma City, Naomi Summersett of Moore, and Melissa Speegle of Moore. They will be escorted onto the field where the grand prize winner of $10,000 will be selected live. Their entry forms were randomly picked out of thousands from participating RedHawks Stakes partner locations.
RedHawks Stakes began in April, with prizes given away every month, including autographed baseballs from Houston Astros great Jeff Bagwell, RedHawks team autographed memorabilia, $125 gift cards, and game tickets. Participants had to fill out an entry form at any participating area Gold's Gym, Interurban, H&H Shooting Sports, or the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.
First pitch against the Redbirds is scheduled for 7:05 p.m., and post-game fireworks will be presented by Verizon. Tickets for all remaining home games and the first round of playoffs are available through the RedHawks ticket office on 2 S. Mickey Mantle Drive, by phone at (405) 218-1000, or by visiting okcredhawks.com.
