RedHawks Continue Road Stretch at Iowa-- The Oklahoma City RedHawks continue an eight-game road trip with the final game of a four-game series at Principal Park in Des Moines, Iowa against the Iowa Cubs...The RedHawks lead the season series against Iowa 4-2, including a 3-0 series sweep July 4-6 at RedHawks Field at Bricktown...Iowa leads the current series 2-1...The RedHawks play road game number 52 today, posting a 21-29 record in road games...Oklahoma City enters Sunday in fourth place in the American Southern division, 15.0 games behind first place Round Rock and 6.0 games behind third place New Orleans...Iowa enters Sunday tied for third place in the American Northern division, 8.0 games back of first place Omaha...

Tonight's Probable Pitchers-- RedHawks starter Lucas Harrell makes his Astros organizational debut today after the Astros claimed him off waivers from the White Sox on July 8...Harrell was 7-3 with a 3.27 ERA in 13 games, 12 starts with Triple-A Charlotte and also made three relief appearances with the Chicago White Sox...Harrell was a 4th round selection by the White Sox in 2004 out of Ozark (Mo.) High School...Iowa starter Dave Bush was signed to a minor league deal by the Cubs, and makes his organizational debut this afternoon...Bush spent the early part of 2011 with the Texas Rangers (17G, 3GS, 0-1, 5.79ERA)...His last outing with Texas was June 30...The Rangers designated Bush for assignment and eventually released him...Bush has spent seven previous seasons in the Major Leagues with the Toronto Blue Jays and the Milwaukee Brewers...

Last Game: July 16- Iowa 5, Oklahoma City 2-- Bryan LaHair belted a go-ahead home run in the third inning leading the Iowa Cubs to a 5-2 win over the Oklahoma City RedHawks before 10,486 Saturday night at Principal Park...Sergio Perez (4-8) allowed three runs and six hits over 4.1 innings in the losing decision, while Casey Coleman (3-2) gave up two runs and six hits in 6.0 innings for the win...Scott Maine (9) saved the game with a scoreless ninth inning...OKC opened the scoring with a two-run first, including an RBI triple from Collin Delome and a groundout RBI from Robinson Cancel...Iowa's D.J. LeMahieu drove in a third inning run with a single before LaHair hit his league-leading 27th home run for a 3-2 score...Ryan Flaherty drove in an eighth inning run with a double before a Brett Jackson single brought in the final run...

Double Play Hawks-- The RedHawks have turned 108 double plays in 2011, the best total in the Pacific Coast League...Today's starter Lucas Harrell induced 8 double plays between Charlotte and Chicago, 16 double plays between Charlotte and Chicago in 2010 and 28 double plays between Double-A Birmingham and Charlotte in 2009...

Hernandez Hot in Iowa-- Anderson Hernandez was 1x4 last night, improving to 5x11 in the current series at Iowa...In 13 plate appearances, Hernandez has reached base eight times in the series (5 hits, 3 walks)...

Cancel Flirting with .300-- Robinson Cancel is currently batting .301 (63x209), his lowest average since May 21, the last day he batted under .300 (.293)...

Wright Scoreless Relief Streak-- Wesley Wright has posted six consecutive scoreless relief appearances, including last night's 1.2 scoreless innings, for a relief scoreless innings streak of 9.0 innings...Wright has made three starts in the middle of the stretch, allowing only three earned runs in 12 innings of starting work...
