
Redbirds, Sky Sox Rained out in Colorado Springs

Memphis Redbirds News Release
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Monday night's series opener between the Memphis Redbirds and Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Security Service Field was cancelled due to rain.
The game will be made up as part of a 5:05 p.m. CT doubleheader on Tuesday evening, when the two teams will play a pair of seven-inning contests.
Memphis will send left-hander Nick Additon (8-6, 4.04) to the mound in the twinbill opener against righty RHP Sean Gallagher(0-1, 4.00). Both teams' starting pitchers for the nightcap will be announced at a later time.
