San Antonio defeated Houston, 2-1, at Freeman Coliseum on October 15, 2004, beat Grand Rapids, 5-4, in overtime at the AT&T Center on October 6, 2006, downed Iowa, 7-1, at the AT&T Center on October 6, 2007, and overcame Texas, 3-2, at the AT&T Center on October 2, 2009.
PACK THE HOUSE: The Rampage opened the 2009-10 season Friday with their second-largest home opener attendance packing in 7,804 spectators. The Friday night crowd also marked the Rampage's 41st designated lower level sellout.
CONTINUOUS COACHING: Rampage head coach Greg Ireland and assistant coach Ray Edwards return for their third consecutive season in San Antonio. The duo boasts a record of 79-66-5-11, including a Calder Cup Playoff ap- pearance in 2007-08.

Ice Chips: Center - Joel Perrault
San Antonio's third leading scorer in 2008-09 picked up right where he left off to begin the 2009-10 season, scor- ing his franchise best 14th game-winning-goal in the Rampage's home opener on Friday night to give San Antonio a 3-2 victory over Texas at the AT&T Center.
