Rampage to Give Away 2,500 Mini Hockey Sticks in Home Opener Saturday

SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 21, 2015) - The San Antonio Rampage will give away co-branded Avalanche-Rampage mini hockey sticks to the first 2,500 fans when the team hosts the Stockton Heat in their first home game of the 2015-16 season on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. Ten random fans will receive sticks signed by NHL Hall-of-Famer and Colorado Avalanche Executive Vice President and General Manager Joe Sakic. Saturday's game is presented by Carabin Shaw.
The Rampage are off to a strong start this season and enter Saturday's home opener with a 2-0-1-0 record after two straight wins over the Grand Rapids Griffins last weekend. Andrew Agozzino (4G, 3A) and Ben Street (1G, 6A) have registered seven points through the team's first three games, which ranks in a tie for second in the American Hockey League. Goalie Calvin Pickard has a 2.31 goals against average and a .933 save percentage, including a 35-save shutout of the Griffins on Saturday night.
