
Rampage sign Greg Barber to PTO

SAN ANTONIO (Dec. 11, 2005) - The San Antonio Rampage today announced that they have signed right wing Greg Barber to a Professional Tryout Offer (PTO).
Barber, 25, has scored 21 points (10-11=21) and 16 penalty minutes in 22 games with the Rockford IceHogs of the United Hockey League (UHL) this season. The 6-foot, 200-pound native from Kelowna, British Columbia played 24 games with the Hershey Bears (AHL) last season, recording three points (1-2=3). He was selected by the Boston Bruins in the 7th round (207th overall) in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft.
Barber will be available to play tonight as the Rampage conclude a two-game series
against the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights tonight at Omaha Civic Auditorium at 5 p.m. All
