The San Antonio Rampage begin 2006 with three home games over two weeks after playing five games in six nights to cap the 2005 year ... The Rampage will face Houston again tonight and then host Grand Rapids on Saturday and Toronto next Friday ... The Rampage have lost their last five games and have only won three games at the SBC Center since Oct. 21 ... They lost their first overtime game last Saturday against Houston and have played in five games that have been taken to overtime this season ... The Phoenix Coyotes affiliate own a 6-11-1-0 home record and are 11-22-1-1 overall with 24 points, ranking 7th in the West Division.
Against Houston: Tonight's game is the 7th meeting (of 12) this season between the two clubs and marks the fourth visit to the SBC Center for the Minnesota Wild affiliate ... Of the six previous meetings, the Rampage are 1-3-1-1 against the West Division and Western Conference-leading Aeros ... The Rampage's only win this season came at their Oct. 8 home opener ... The two teams have taken the game past regulation twice with a shootout loss and an overtime loss for the Rampage ... Six of the last nine meetings at the SBC Center have been decided by one goal ... Houston is 9-1 in their last 10 games and sits atop the West Division and Western Conference with a 25-8-1-1 record and 52 points.
