
Francisco Signs PTO With Monarchs

MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have signed center Jon Francisco to a professional tryout agreement, Monarchs Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today.
Francisco, 24, has appeared in 25 games with the ECHL's Reading Royals this season, registering 21 points (8-13=21) and 40 penalty minutes. In72 games with the Royals during the 2004-05 season, the 5-foot-11, 190-pound native of Hermantown, Minnesota, recorded 40 points (19-21=40) and 96 penalty minutes. Francisco also participated in the Monarchs 2004-05 training camp.
The Monarchs travel to the Dunkin' Donuts Center to face the Providence Bruins on Friday, January 6 at 7:05 p.m.
