Rage To Wear Snowboarding Themed Jerseys on Saturday

Broomfield, Colo. - The Rocky Mountain Rage begin a three-game weekend tonight in Rio Rancho, N.M., against the New Mexico Scorpions before returning home to host the Arizona Sundogs on Saturday and Sunday at Broomfield Event Center. Saturday's tilt begins at 7:05 p.m., while Sunday's opening face-off is at 3:05 p.m.
During Saturday's game against the Sundogs, the Central Hockey League affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, the Rage will be wearing specialty-themed jerseys that feature team mascot Rowdy Rage riding a snowboard down a Rocky Mountain ski slope. The snowboarding jerseys will then be auctioned off following the game in The BEC Club Restaurant with all the proceeds benefiting the Broomfield Event Center Foundation.
Tonight's clash against the Scorpions in suburban Albuquerque will be carried live on KLZ 560 AM beginning at 7:20 p.m. with the pre-game show.
