
Rage Swing Deal for Left Winger Adam Loncan

Broomfield, Colo. - The Rocky Mountain Rage have acquired left winger Adam Loncan from the Odessa Jackalopes in exchange for future considerations. While not in the line-up tonight when the Rage take-on the Arizona Sundogs in Prescott Valley, Ariz., Loncan is expected to be in uniform when the team returns home to face the Austin Ice Bats on Friday at Broomfield Event Center at 7:05 p.m.
A second-year pro that is listed at 6-foot-0 and 195 lbs., Loncan recorded 10 points (4g-6a) and 10 penalty minutes in 15 games with the Jackalopes this season after generating 21 points (11g-10a) and 20 penalty minutes for Odessa last year during his rookie campaign. The 27-year-old hails from Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and played college hockey for Mt. Royal College and the University of Calgary before turning pro.
The live play-by-play from tonight's showdown with the Sundogs can be heard live on KLZ 560 AM beginning with the pre-game show at 6:50 p.m.
