Tulsa Talons News Release
Please come out to support your 16-2, and 6th -time Division Champs, the Tulsa Talons, as they take on the Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings in the Third Round of playoffs, this Saturday August 18th, at the Tulsa Convention Center, on our quest for the ArenaCup.
The Battle Wings are 13-5 and coming off of a 50-45 victory against the Rio Grande Valley Dorados, lead by Ex- NFL Quarterback Quincy Carter. Carter played three years for the Dallas Cowboys, but was released in August of 2004. He is 10-4 as the Battle Wing starter.
Winner of Round 3 will advance to the ArenaCup finals in Bossier-Shreveport, LA, Saturday August 25th, 2007.
