Hickory Crawdads News Release
The Crawdads kick off the 2019 season at the Frans on Thursday night at 7pm against the Kannapolis Intimidators! Wear black as part of our Black Out Night to receive a discounted $6 ticket. The evening will also include a magnet schedule giveaway courtesy of Absolute Tree Care and WHKY 1290 AM and 102.3 FM.
Thirsty Thursday is back again! Enjoy beer and Pepsi specials throughout the night courtesy of Sheetz and Focus News:

On Friday, the Crawdads will throw it back to the Roaring '20s presented by NC Pediatric Dentistry. Don't worry, prohibition is not making a return and beer will be available throughout the stadium.
Following the game, we will have a fireworks show courtesy of the Prysmian Group and KICKS 103.3
Friday will also be our first Arby's Reading Program night. Students who completed the program can redeem their bookmarks for up to 4 free tickets. Get Tickets
The Crawdads are paying tribute to our parent club on Saturday night with Texas Rangers Night. The players will wear Rangers jerseys and there will be Texas themes throughout the evening.
There will also be a Poster Schedule Giveaway presented by Dan'l Boone Inn, Try Something Wild, Lake Hickory Vet, Hickory Printing Solutions, and Big Dawg 92.1.

The 'Dads are honoring the greatest invention since sliced bread on Sunday: Duct Tape. Come out and join the celebration for the 77th Anniversary of Duct Tape.
Church Bulletin Sunday: Bring your church bulletin to the ticket office for a discounted $6 ticket. The 'Dads will then donate $4 from each ticket to that bulletin's respective church courtesy of PDQ.
Monday is Make a Difference Monday presented by Catawba Shoe Store! Fans who donate at least $5 worth of nonperishable food items will get a free ticket to the game. The items will be donated to the Hickory Soup Kitchen.
It is also Remember the Titanic Day. April 2019 is the 107th anniversary of the Titanic sinking and the Crawdads will have tributes to the iconic ship throughout the night.
The homestand will continue with Dollar Dog Tuesday thanks to Hebrew National and WHKY 1290 AM and 102.3 FM! Hot dogs are $1 and you can bring in your dog for just a $1 thanks to Cody Law Firm. The 'Dads will also have the first dog show of the season so be sure to sign your dog up!
Tuesday is also Craft Beer Tuesday so fans can enjoy discounted $2 craft beers courtesy of Lowes Foods. Get Tickets
The homestand will wrap up Wednesday morning with the first Education and Senior Day of the season.The gates will open at 9:30am and the first pitch will be be at 10:30am.
