Preseason hockey returns to Wheeling

WHEELING, WV – The Wheeling Nailers announce that for the first time in 5 years the Nailers will be playing a pre-season game at WesBanco Arena versus the Johnstown Chiefs on Saturday October 16th at 7:30.

Before the game the Nailers will be hosting the 2004-2005 Fan Fest outside the arena. The Fan Fest will feature a Meet & Greet with Nailers players, Head Coach Pat Bingham, owners and staff. It will also give fans a chance to tour the locker room, and try their hand at many fun and interactive games.

New ticket holders will have the chance to walk through the arena and choose their seat for the upcoming season. And parents bring your youth hockey players as the Nailers will be selling new and game worn equipment.

During the Fan Fest the Nailers will be accepting donations for the flood victims of the Ohio Valley

Tickets for the game will be on sale Monday morning at 9:00 AM, all seats are $5 and will be on a first come first serve basis.

The Nailers 2004-2005 regular season starts on October 22nd in Toledo and the home opener will be on October 30th against the Storm, check www.wheelingnailers.com for other game dates.
