Training Camp Finalized for Grrrowl

Greenville Grrrowl News Release
GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers, have announced the final training camp schedule for the upcoming 2004-05 season.
The Grrrowl have also signed ECHL tryout agreements with ten (10) players who will be attending camp. The list (see player list below) is comprised of three (3) goaltenders, five (5) forwards and three (3) defensemen. The list also includes three (3) players from last seasons' roster who have been invited to participate in the Grrrowl training camp (Chin, Murphy and Burgess).

FORWARDS â Krys Barch, Josh Oort, Kevin Bergin, Mike Nelson, Jason Norrie (VET), Carl Mallette, Colin Pepperall (VET), Mark Concannon, Russell Spence, Troy Illijow, Richard Pitirri (VET);
DEFENSE â Corey Hessler, Paul Esdale, Joey Martin, Jason Metcalfe, Daryl Pierce, Randy Dagenais.
The Grrrowl will open the 2004-05 schedule with a home game on Friday, October 22, 2004 against the Charlotte Checkers. Season tickets (starting at $238), mini-plans and flex packs are available now by contacting the Grrrowl office. Please call 467-4777 for additional ticket information.
