TIME TO TOSS THOSE BEARS

Fans are asked to bring a new teddy bear or other stuffed animal to the game and throw it on the ice when the Phantoms score their first goal of the night. All bears will be collected and donated to various charities throughout the greater Philadelphia region.
SPECIAL DUDS ON FRIDAY AS WELL
Also on Friday, the Phantoms will wear a special throwback-style jersey. The sweater is a white-based jersey with a "P" crest in an Old English-style font. The jerseys will be auctioned off in Bullies following the game.
STEVENS JOINS HALL OF FAME
Flyers head coach John Stevens became the fourth member of the Phantoms Hall of Fame on Sunday when he was inducted in a ceremony prior to the evening's game against the Norfolk Admirals. Stevens, 40, was a member of the Phantoms organization as a player and a coach for the first 10 years of the franchise's existence, from its inception in 1996 until he was named an assistant coach with the Philadelphia Flyers in June of 2006. In October, he was elevated to head coach of the Flyers. Stevens captained the Phantoms to the Calder Cup in 1998 and coached the team to a second in 2005.
