GREEN BAY 5, PHANTOMS 4
Youngstown started fast, scoring just 35 seconds into the game and again at 7:06 to grab a 2-0 lead. Reilly Funk tipped in a beautiful pass from Nate Hanley for the early goal and Will Hillman scored on a shorthanded breakaway to double the Phantoms' advantage. After back-to-back Green Bay goals tied the game, Funk redirected home David Gucciardi's shot with 1.5 seconds remaining in the frame for a power play goal and a 3-2 Youngstown lead at intermission. The Gamblers came storming out of the locker room and scored twice in the first 5:30 of the second to take a 4-3 lead. Cole Burtch lit the lamp with a power play goal at 13:52, knotting the game at 4-4. For the second game in a row, however, the Gamblers got a goal in the final four minutes to steal a win from the Phantoms.
