Pearl, Miss. - The Jacksonville Suns have made the following transactions in time for the Tuesday July 7 game against Mississippi:
OF Bryan Petersen has been placed on the disabled list (right shoulder strain), retroactive to July 5.
IF Andy Jenkins has been activated from the disabled list.
The Suns have 24 active players, the Southern League maximum, with eight players on the disabled list.
