
Petaccio Scores 15th Goal of the Season in Loss to Rivermen

Evansville, Ind: Mark Petaccio has had numerous chances in recent weeks without being able to finish. Tonight that ended, as Petaccio picked up a huge goal in the third period to tie the game at 2-2, before Evansville lost 3-2 to the Peoria Rivermen.
Down 2-0 in the second, Nick Lazorko would score off a rebound from an initial shot by Dave Williams, making it a 2-1 game. Petaccio's goal to tie the game 2-2 came at the 1:17 mark from Frank Schumacher.
The Thunderbolts head off to Peoria on Friday night at Carver Arena. Face-off will be at 7:15 p.m. CST. The Thunderbolts next home game will be on Friday, March 16 against the Birmingham Bulls. The first 500 fans in the door will receive a Dylan Clarke Bobblehead. Face-off will be at 7:15 p.m. CST.
