Peoria Chiefs News Release
Eastlake, OH- For the second time in three days, the Chiefs were postponed due to rain at Classic Park. The Chiefs and Captains will make up the game on Saturday as part of a doubleheader. Game one will start at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Friday's contest will remain the regularly scheduled nine-inning affair.
Max Rajcic, who was Thursday's scheduled starter, will take the ball on Friday.
Peoria entered play Thursday three games ahead of Beloit and Wisconsin for the Midwest League's West Division second-half playoff spot.
