Muskegon, MI - Both Matej Paulovic and Rem Pitlick had one goal and one assist to help the Muskegon Lumberjacks (5-6) pick up their third straight win against the Fargo Force (5-7-1).
Max Humitz scored his first of the season when he blasted a wrist shot past Force goaltender Ryan Wischow.
Matej Paulovic and Logan Drevitch picked up the assists on the goal three minutes into the game.
Late in the second period, the Force tied the game at one, when Zach Yon blasted a shot past Lumberjacks goaltender Joey Daccord. Rem Pitlick quickly responded with an unassisted breakaway goal to give the Lum- berjacks a 2-1 lead after two periods.
The Force came out firing in the third period, but Lumberjacks netminder Joey Daccord was able to shut down every opportunity. With seven minutes to go in the game, Chris Klack sent Matej Paulovic in on a breakaway, and the Lumberjacks took a 3-1 lead.
After the Force pulled goaltender Ryan Wischow, Lumberjacks forward Collin Adams netted his fifth of the season, and the Lumberjacks won 4-1.
