
Pauley Persistent in Skeeters 7-3 Win over York

Sugar Land Space Cowboys News Release
On Friday the Skeeters and Revolution played game two of their four-game set and Sugar Land won 7-3. York scored first on a solo homerun by Andres Perez, to go up 1-0 in the first. In the third the Skeeters scored four times highlighted by a Ryan Langerhans three-run shot to go up 4-1. York's Andy Marte cut it to 4-2 with his 18th homer of the year in the bottom of the fourth though. The homerun exchange continued when Koby Clemens lead off the sixth with his 15th homerun of the year and Kevin Rios homered in the eighth, as the Skeeters went up by four to win 7-3. Sugar Land takes game two and ties the series at one game apiece.
Up Next : In game three of this four-game set Sugar Land will send out RHP Scott Elarton (6-6, 4.86) vs. RHP Corey Thurman (4-2, 3.83) for York.
