Head-to-Head

The Pats and Giants come together for their one and only meeting of 2012-13. Last season's matchup in Regina saw the Giants take a 4-1 victory over the Pats. Regina comes into the contest having won three straight on home ice while dropping three in a row on the road. The Giants come in after taking a 4-3 shootout win over Prince George. Tonight's game can be heard on 620 CKRM starting with the Press Box Sports Bar Pre-Game Show at 6:35 p.m. The game will also be televised on Sportsnet.

Lead Up: Stevenson Tallies Three in Win

The Pats needed a big two points before heading out on their five game road trip and they got them against the Hurricanes. Dyson Stevenson scored three times and Matt Hewitt turned away every shot he faced in a 4-0 Pats win. Lane Scheidl chipped in with another goal and Adam Brooks had a pair of assists.

November Road Swing

The Pats take to the road for five straight games through the B.C. Division. The annual swing while the Canadian Western Agribition takes over the Brandt Centre starts tonight in Vancouver before heading to Victoria, Prince George, Kamloops and Kelowna.

B.C. Connections

The Pats feature eight players hailing from British Columbia making it the most represented province on the team. Some Pats face off against their former teams this weekend: Luke Fenske (VAN), Lane Scheidl (VAN), Kade Pilton (VIC).

Career Night

Coming into the Pats previous contest, Dyson Stevenson had never tallied more than two points in one game. With an assist added to his hat-trick against the Hurricanes, Stevenson doubled that mark.

New Addition

The Pats signed on overage defenceman Alex Theriau this week. The veteran defender brings 251 WHL games to the Pats lineup as well as 62 career points and a career plus 13 plus/minus rating.

U17 Hockey Challenge

Rookie Adam Brooks will represent the Pats at the U17 Hockey Challenge, suiting up for Team West at the annual tournament. Brooks has six points on the season, four in his last five games.
