Beginning with the 2012 event the Regina Pats have committed to become the lead sponsor for HRI's annual Pee-Wee tournament for the next three (3) years, the Tournament will now be known as the Regina Pats Pee-Wee Classic. This event has long been recognized as one of the top tournaments in Western Canada and we will once again be witness to some of the top Pee-Wee aged players during the weekend games.
"Our intention is to work with the organizers and partner with HRI to help grow this tournament and build on what is already a quality event" commented Pats President Brent Parker "Every year the Regina Pats funnel close to $100,000 into HRI and its various programs as well as other local charities and user groups and this is another opportunity for us to contribute to Minor Hockey in Southern Saskatchewan and our community.
