NEW YORK (June 2, 2015) - The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), Relevent Sports and the Montreal Impact announced Tuesday that French Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will face Olympique Lyonnais for the Trophée des Champions 2015 (French Supercup) in Montreal at Stade Saputo on August 1, at 3pm EDT.
Tickets start as low as $35 and will go on sale to the general public this Friday, June 5, at 9am via ticketmaster.ca (1-855-790-1245), as well as through the Stade Saputo ticket offices (514-328-3668).

Paris Saint-Germain reached the Supercup after winning both the 2014-15 Ligue 1 title and the French Cup. As a result, the team that finished second in the league championship, Olympique Lyonnais, will serve as opponents for this game.
PSG, coached by Laurent Blanc, finished first in the championship for the third consecutive season. Several international star players are on its roster, including Zlatan IbrahimoviÃâ¡ (Sweden), Edinson Cavani (Uruguay), Thiago Silva and David Luiz (Brazil).
Olympique Lyonnais finished the season as the second best team in Ligue 1 with 20 wins, thanks in part to the brilliance of French international Alexandre Lacazette, top scorer in the league with 27 goals and best player of the season, and midfielder Nabil Fekir, who tallied 13 goals and 9 assists.
The French Supercup was first played in 1995 and was held in France until 2009, when Bordeaux defeated Guingamp 2-0 in Montreal. Since then, the match has been played in Tunisia, Morocco, New York, Gabon and China. Olympique Lyonnais has won the Supercup a total of 7 times, while PSG has won 4 times, including 2013 and 2014.
