Get ready to suit up in your pink gear!

This Saturday when the Kelowna Rockets host the Portland Winterhawks it's Paint the Rink Pink night at Prospera Place!

Come out on Saturday October 21st, 2017, wear pink and support the Canadian Cancer Society - Breast Cancer.

The Rockets will be sporting specialty pink jerseys that are to be auctioned off at the game with all of the proceeds going to the C.C.S.

Rockets Captain Cal Foote says nights like Saturday night are important and players enjoy being a part of it.

"Paint the Rink Pink is going to be a great night for the fans," Foote said. "We as players are very excited to be a part of a special night that means a lot more than just a hockey game."

The team will also be using pink stick tape and skate laces.

The C.C.S. will be on site selling Pink Pucks for the Second Intermission Chuck a Puck contest. All proceeds go to the C.C.S.

Join the Rockets on Saturday to support a great cause! Puck drop is at 7:05pm!
