EVANSVILLE, IN â As a part of their 10th anniversary series June 15-17, the Evansville Otters will be holding a 10th anniversary night, Tuesday, June 15th at Bosse Field.
As a part of the event, the Otters will wear throwback Otters jerseys representing each of the five uniforms that the Otters have worn during their 10 years. During the game, there will be a silent auction to distribute the game-worn uniforms. There will be a minimum $25.00 bid, with proceeds going to the Ennis Furley Foundation.
Also, former Otter players will be invited back to Bosse Field to take part in the festivities, with each returning Otter participating in a simultaneous alumni first pitch.
"We're very excited about showing off our tenth anniversary team and all the history we have to offer here, both with the Otters and at Bosse Field," said Otters' GM, Steve Tahsler.
The Otters will continue their series on Wednesday with a free bag of popcorn being given away to all fans. Thursday is Book Broker Stadium Replica night, when 1,000 fans will receive a scale model of Bosse Field.
