Evansville Otters News Release
(EVANSVILLE, Ind.) - The Evansville Otters and Lake Erie Crushers will resume last night's suspended game today beginning at 5:05 PM CST.
The Crushers and Otters were tied at two in the bottom of the fifth inning when a light tower in right field went dim. Evansville had two runners on base with one out and the game will resume from that same spot when play continues on Saturday.
The game will be completed through nine innings followed by the regurally scheduled game slated for seven innings.
The first game will be a continuation of Edward Jones Customer Appreciation Night with Heritage Federal Credit Union Night beginning with the second game. There will also be 1,000 Cowbells being given away to the fans at Bosse Field tonight.
Don't miss a chance to see bonus baseball, pick up a world-renowned noisemaker and watch the Evansville Otters play the Lake Erie Crushers.
Fans can listen to the radio broadcast of the game on WUEV 91.5 FM. The game can also be heard online by going to http://www.evansvilleotters.com as Mike Radomski provides the play by play with Bill McKeon providing the color commentary. The Evansville Otters pregame show will begin at 4:45 PM.
