Oshawa Generals Announce Schedule for the 2015-16 Season

OSHAWA, ON -As reigning 2015 MasterCard Memorial Cup Champions, the Oshawa Generals are excited to announce the schedule for the 2015-16 season. Oshawa will play their first game of the upcoming season on Friday, Sept. 25 in Guelph, followed by game two on Saturday, Sept. 26 in Hamilton, and will have their home opener at the General Motors Centre on Sunday, Sept. 27 against the North Bay Battalion.
Following a tremendous season by the Generals, from setting franchise records to capturing the OHL Championship and then the Memorial Cup, the Gens will be back in September for their 79th season as an organization. Opening night will be a big one at the GM Centre with three banner raisings as we celebrate as 2015 Eastern Conference Champions, 2015 OHL Champions and 2015 MasterCard Memorial Cup Champions.
"We're excited to get another season underway," says Oshawa Generals Vice-President and General Manager, Roger Hunt. "We open up with a three in three and certainly an exciting home opener to kick our season off and to share and celebrate last year's team as we start a new chapter."
Special game nights will be announced in the coming weeks, while individual home game tickets for the upcoming 2015-16 season will go on sale to the public on Monday, Aug. 24 at 10a.m.
