Bulldogs Announce 2015-16 Schedule

HAMILTON, ONT. - The Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club is pleased to welcome Ontario Hockey League action back to the Steel City on September 26, 2015. Hamilton will host the defending Mastercard Memorial Cup champions, the Oshawa Generals, for the inaugural game.

"Hosting the Memorial Cup champions for our first home game is an exciting way to kick off the season for our team," said 'Bulldogs President Steve Staios. "This will be a great night to introduce our new OHL team to our city of Hamilton".

The 'Dogs first game of the 2015-16 regular season will be in London on Friday September 25 as they take on the Knights.

The 68 game schedule includes sixteen Saturday night games, a school day game (Wednesday November 4), two holiday Monday games (Thanksgiving and Family Day), and eight Sunday afternoon games at FirstOntario Centre.

The team also announced the 2015-16 exhibition home game schedule, with both games to be hosted in local community arenas. On Saturday, Sept. 5, the Bulldogs will take on the Peterborough Petes at Dave Andreychuk Mountain Arena in Hamilton at 7 p.m., presented by the Hamilton Huskies. On Sunday, Sept. 20, the 'Dogs will host the Erie Otters at Central Arena in Burlington at 2 p.m., presented by the Burlington Lions Optimist Minor Hockey Association.

The preseason also includes games against Erie (Sept. 6th), Peterborough (Sept. 17th), and Oshawa (Sept. 19th).
