
Orlando City SC Signs Javier Otero to Short-Term Contract

ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando City SC has signed goalkeeper Javier Otero to a short-term contract from Orlando City B, it was announced today. Otero is set to be available for the Club's return to MLS regular-season action on Wednesday, June 15 at the New England Revolution.
A product of the Orlando City Academy, Otero signed an MLS NEXT Pro contract ahead of the 2022 campaign and has since started every game in between the sticks for OCB. The 20-year-old currently sits atop the league in saves with 58 through 10 matches, registering three clean sheets thus far on the year and earning MLS NEXT Pro Goalkeeper of the Month in April.
