TONIGHT'S MATCHUP Tonight's game is the ninth time the Ontario Reign and the Phoenix RoadRunners will face-off in the 2008-2009 season. The Reign hold a 7-1-0-0 record against Phoenix, with the Reign picking up the win, 4-2, in the last match on February 26 in Phoenix. Defenseman Andrew Martens and right wing Geoff Walker lead the Reign in points against the RoadRunners with 5 (2g, 3a) each. Phoenix right wing Ashton Rome leads the RoadRunners in points against the Reign with 4 (3g, 1a). The teams are scheduled to meet for one more game this season at Citizens Business Bank Arena.

Ontario currently ranks first in the Pacific Division standings, posting an overall record of 31-20-3-1 (66 points), six points ahead of the Las Vegas Wranglers (58 points) for second. The Reign is 17-10-2-0 in home games and 14-10-1-1 on the road. Phoenix ranks fifth place in the West Division standings, with an overall record of 24-25-1-2 (51 points).
