Omaha Storm Chasers News Release
OMAHA, NE - The final game of a four-game series between the Omaha Royals and Oklahoma RedHawks at Bricktown Ballpark Monday was postponed due to wet grounds and anticipated inclement weather in Oklahoma City. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader during Omaha's second and final visit to Oklahoma City June 23-26, with the exact date and time to be announced.
The Royals finish the trip with a 1-2 record, having decisively halted an eight-game road losing streak Sunday with a 9-1 rout of the RedHawks.
The Royals (14-17) open an eight-game homestand at Rosenblatt Stadium Tuesday with a 6:35 p.m. game vs. the Sacramento River Cats, who enter Monday's Pacific Coast League action with the league's best record at 19-11. Following four games with Sacramento, the Royals will host the Fresno Grizzlies in a four-contest set, as the homestand runs through Tuesday, May 15th.
For more information or tickets, call the Royals ticket office at (402) 738-5100. Tickets are also available on line at www.Oroyals.com and www.Etix.com.
