PEORIA, AZ - Juan Richardson and Chris Lubanski drove in three runs apiece and right-handers Matt Wright and Ben Hendrickson each pitched four strong innings, as the Omaha Royals routed the Portland Beavers 10-2 Saturday in Peoria, Arizona. The win evened up the Royals Cactus League record at 1-1.

Richardson, playing third base and batting third, was 3-for-4 with a home run, scoring three runs in addition to his three RBI. Lubanski, Omaha's left fielder who hit fifth, collected his three RBI with a pair of singles in four at-bats.

Right fielder Mike Stodolka added three hits, including a solo home run, to the Royals' 15-hit attack.

Wright, who went 10-5 with Omaha and whose 4.06 ERA in 2007 ranked seventh in the Pacific Coast League, started and hurled four scoreless innings. He scattered four hits with no walks and two strikeouts.

Hendrickson, who was 11-5 for the O-Royals last season, followed Wright to the hill and allowed just one run on three hits over his four frames, walking none and fanning four.
