NASHVILLE AT A GLANCE:
The Sounds win last night was their sixth this month in 19 tries, the lowest win total for the month of June in the entire league. Nashville tied with Tucson for the fewest wins in the league during the month of April as well... The Sounds turned two double plays last night, further entrenching their spot in second place in the PCL behind Omaha and ahead of two other clubs. The Royals have turned 94 double plays, the Sounds have twisted 83, while the Sky Sox and Isotopes have each turned 79.

Jason Ellison and Nelson Cruz each added an outfield assist last night and rank in the top three in the league with eight and seven assists, respectively. Joe Mather of Memphis leads the PCL with nine, followed by Ellison (who is tied with Jason Repko of Las Vegas for second) and Cruz (tied for third with Round Rock's Yordany Ramirez and Colorado Springs' Seth Smith)... Chris Davis has hit 22 home runs this season combined between Frisco and Oklahoma, tied for third most in all of Minor League baseball with Albuquerque's Dallas McPherson, behind Brad Eldred of Charlotte (24) and Mike Hessman of Toledo (22). Fellow RedHawk Nelson Cruz has sole possession of fourth place with 21 home runs.
