HEADLINES: Sounds sweep DH from RedHawks ... Loe starts tonight ... Botts with two home runs

TODAY'S OPPONENT: The Nashville Sounds are the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. They have been a member of the Pacific Coast League since 1998. Last year, the Sounds were PCL Champions, going 75-69 and finishing first in the PCL American Conference Northern Division.

TODAY'S GAME: The RedHawks continue their six-game, four-day homestand against Nashville. It is their 100th game of the season, 49th home game and 13th game against Nashville.

LAST GAME: The RedHawks dropped both games of a doubleheader against Nashville. The first game was the completion of a rain-suspended game from April 24 and was won by Nashville, 9-2. Jason Botts had two home runs in the game. Nashville won the second game, 4-1, and held the RedHawks to four hits. Drew Meyer was two-for-three with a double and Tom Gregorio had a home run in the second game.

VS. NASHVILLE: The RedHawks are 65-73 against Nashville since the two teams joined the PCL in 1998. They are 32-35 against them at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark. Coming into the season, the RedHawks were 63-63 against Nashville, 31-31 against them at home and 32-32 against them on the road.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Starting pitcher Kameron Loe makes his second rehab start for the RedHawks and third rehab start of 2006. Loe has been on the Texas DL since June 20 (retro to June 19) with right elbow soreness. His first start for Oklahoma came in the RedHawks' 3-1 win at Iowa July 17. He had a no decision and went 3.1 innings, giving up one run on three hits (all singles) with two walks and three strikeouts. Ben Hendrickson starts for Nashville . He is 0-0 with a 5.11 ERA (7 ER/12.1 IP) in two starts against Oklahoma .

STREAKERS: Relief pitcher Erasmo Ramirez has not allowed an earned run in his last seven appearances ( 8.1 IP). Relief pitcher Josh Rupe has not allowed an earned run in his last five outings (5.2 IP).

BULLPEN: In the last 11 games, the RedHawks bullpen has given up 13 runs, 11 earned, over 48.1 innings (2.05 ERA). The bullpen has 44 strikeouts and 11 walks in the last 11 games.

CLOSE GAMES: Forty of Oklahoma 's 48 wins this season have come by four runs or less, including 22 one-run wins. Also, 39 of Oklahoma 's 51 losses this season have come by four runs or less, including 15 by one run.

RADIO UPDATE: The RedHawks' flagship station for most games is KEBC 1340 AM. However, there are a few dates the flagship station will change due to scheduling conflicts. The RedHawks will be on AM 1000 KTOK July 22 and 29 and Aug. 26. They will be on KFXY 1640 AM Aug. 20 and Sept. 3.

DOT-DOT-DOTS: The RedHawks are 39-28 since Mike Boulanger took over as manager May 11.
