O'Keefe Placed On 7 Day Injured Reserve

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that defenseman Ryan O'Keefe has been placed on the seven day injured reserve list. O'Keefe has played in 12 games for the Ice Pilots this season picking up one assist and 29 penalty minutes.

The Ice Pilots will play home games this Friday night vs. Charlotte at 7:05 p.m. and this Saturday night vs. Louisiana at 7:05 p.m. The Blue Angels will be at the game on Friday night and will sign autographs before the game from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The Ice Pilots will also wear their special Blue Angels Jerseys as they will be auctioned off after the game.

Santa Claus will be at the game on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. Kids will be able to have their picture taken with Santa Claus for free. The Ice Pilots will be teaming up with the Salvation Army and! Cell Phones for Soldiers on both nights. The Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle Ringers will be at both games and fans are asked to donate their old cell phones at the game for Cell Phones for Soldiers with Liberty Tax Service.

The Ice Pilots will also play at Louisiana on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. Fans can listen to all three games on the Ice Pilots Hockey Network with flagship radio station AM 1620, Cox Communications Channel 2 (for away games), www.icepilots.com sponsored by Sports Avenue and by pay per view webcast at www.icepilots.com. in conjunction with B2 Networks.
