Oilers recall Winchester

The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Brad Winchester from the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Winchester, 24, appeared in 17 games this season with the Bulldogs, posting 16 points, including a team-leading 11 goals, and adding five assists. The native of Madison, Wisconsin, who accumulated 53 penalty minutes with Hamilton, led the team with seven power-play goals. The 6'5", 215-pound left-winger began the season with the Oilers, going scoreless with seven penalty minutes in seven games before being assigned to Hamilton on October 29th.

Hamilton's next action will take place on Thursday, December 22, when they travel to Cleveland to face the Barons. Game time is 7:05 p.m. The Bulldogs next home game will take place on Friday, December 23, when the Rochester Americans visit Copps Coliseum. Game time is 7:30 p.m. This game can be seen live on Hamilton's Cable 14.
