*Corral The Mavericks:* The Tulsa Oilers square off against the Missouri Mavericks tonight in the final game of a three game homestand. It's also the first of two straight games between these two teams.

*Records: *Oilers are 24-20-3 with 51 points in fifth place in the North Conference.

Missouri is 22-22-4 for 48 points in sixth place in the North Conference.

*Season Series: *This is the sixth of nine meetings between the two teams. It has been a very evenly played series. The Oilers have won three games, with Missouri wining two. Each team has a shootout victory as well. Thus, the Oilers are 3-1-1 and Missouri is 2-2-1.

*Recent Action: *The Oilers are coming off a 6-3 victory over Amarillo on Saturday night. It was the second straight win for the Oilers who opened the homestand with a 3-2 overtime win over Mississippi on Friday night. Missouri is also riding a two game winning streak, having beat Wichita on Friday 4-1 and Mississippi

*Home Ice Disadvantage:* In the season series, the road team has won all five games. The Oilers won the most recent games back-to back in Missouri on Feb. 5-6, 3-2 in a shootout and 4-2.

*Six Pack: *Dan Riedel has stretched his point scoring streak to six games. In that stretch he has three goals and four assists and now has 14 goals and 18 assists for 32 points on the season.

*Cann Back To AHL: *Goaltender Trevor Cann has been recalled by Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League. He had been on loan to the Oilers. He becomes the second player this season to leave the Oilers to play in the AHL, as center Rob Hisey signed with the Springfield Falcons.

*Next Up: *The Oilers and Mavericks will have a day off tomorrow then play the second game of this home and home series on Thursday at Missouri at 7:05 p.m.
