Amarillo, TX 2/16/10 - After months of anticipation, Amarillo Gorillas players Erik Felde & Jason Beeman along with Head Athletic Trainer & Equipment Manager Kevin Heise will take on the 72 ounce steak at the Big Texan Steak Ranch today at 2pm CST.
"I'm pumped for today's action and I'm prepared to scarf it all down," commented a confident Kevin Heise. "Every piece of that steak is going straight to my belly."
Fans are welcome to join the entire team cheer on Felde, Beeman, and Heise at the Big Texan Steak Ranch today, February 16th at 2pm. The Big Texan is located at 7701 E Interstate 40 in Amarillo.
The Gorillas continue their three-game home stand this Friday, February 19th and Saturday, February 20th in the Amarillo Civic Center. The first 1,000 fans through the doors Friday will receive a Gorillas rally towel courtesy of H&H Print Wear & UniFirst. Doors open both nights at 6pm and the puck drops at 7pm CST.
