BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Girls, this is your special night and you have to be there - It's Ladies Night with the Bakersfield Condors!
Join members of the Bakersfield Condors and Assistant Coach Mark Pederson as they bring hockey to the table, the dinner table that is. The two-night event begins on Thursday, February 16th at 6:00pm at the Holiday Inn Select Q Street Lounge where the ladies can watch and hear the weekly Condors Coach's Show. Following the show, the ladies will make their way across the street to Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill where dinner will be served around 7:30pm. Participants will enjoy an evening of fun and prizes while learning about the sport of hockey from the pros.
Take some time to learn and discuss the aspects of the game in an informative and interactive Hockey 101 session. Lessons will include discussions on a range of topics from player positions, equipment and the strategies of fighting, to the history of the ECHL and the Kelly Cup. In addition to all this, you get to spend the evening with some of your favorite Condors players.

On Friday, February 17th, the Bakersfield Condors take on the Idaho Steelheads at 7:00pm and all Ladies Night participants will test their knowledge of the game while they watch from the luxury Budweiser 5-Hole Suite right on the ice.
Tickets to the event are $60 for non-season ticket holders, $50 for Condors season ticket holders and are available to purchase at the Condors front office located at 1001 Truxtun Ave, or by calling 324- PUCK (7825). The Condors office is open Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Prices include: Hockey 101 lesson, dinner on February 16th, a Budweiser 5-Hole suite ticket for the February 17th game and a free Ladies Night t-shirt provided by Ink Works.
This week the Condors take to the road for a three-game stint where they will take on the Idaho Steelheads on February 8th, 10th and 11th. Games begin at 6:10 pm PST and all games can be seen online through B2 Networks, accessible via www.bakersfieldcondors.com, and can be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230 with "Condors Countdown" starting 15 minutes prior to face off.
The Condors arrive back home on Wednesday, February 15th for an anticipated match up against the San Diego Gulls. The Condors, in conjunction with WB-TV and The Big 96.5 present Valentines Day II. All fans that didn't have a date on Valentine's Day can receive $1.00 admission to sit in the special singles section to try and meet their mate. Also, all high school and college students receive admission to the game for only $1.00 by presenting their student ID at the box office window as part of the Condors High School/College ID Night.
