
November Web Site Traffic Is Highest Ever

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that its official web site at echl.com had its highest monthly page impressions (1,911,425) and average daily impressions (63,714) in November. The previous high for page impressions (1,502,580) and average page impressions (48,470) were set in March. The site surpassed its 2003 totals in the first eight months of 2004.
The total page impressions are up 208 percent from November 2003 and up 27 percent from October. The average page impressions are up 208 percent from November 2003 and up 31 percent from October.
Comparing the first 11 months of 2004 with the same time period in 2003, the web site has had 11,022,796 page impressions, up 80 percent; 920,919 unique visitors, an increase of 68 percent; and 2,176,066 user sessions, up 75 percent.
In its second season, the ECHL.com Network has links to teams and league partners and provides fans with information on league programs and contests, including "Win A Trip To The 2005 Coors Light ECHL All-Star Game".
ECHL.com is a member of the NHL.com Network for the fourth year in a row. NHL.com is a 46-site network that includes the official National Hockey League web site as well as NHL team sites and NHL partners, including the top two developmental leagues with the ECHL and the American Hockey League.
The ECHL web site has been hosted the past three years by GKG Sports Network located in College Station, Texas.
