QUOTES

Ne w York City FC Head Coach Ronny Deila:

On first game in Yankee Stadium, but without fans...

"We miss the fans of course. If we get them in here, it'll be great. We have to make our own atmosphere and I think the boys did that really good in the second half today. It can be easy to drop a little bit down and get quiet and we could have had problems today, but we pushed the tempo in the second half and that was good."

New York City FC Forward Ismael Tajouri-Shradi

On D.C.'s game plan and breaking that down...

"I think they didn't change anything from the last game. They played the same formation...we know it was going to be difficult to get through, but we scored an early goal. It was very important. We conceded a goal, then we knew it was going to be tough to get through. We kept going...the second half we played amazing...to continue to play how we play. It was a good performance."
